The self-service ticket option allows users to purchase tickets without assistance from a staff member at a ticket counter. The users can select their journey details, including the destination, date, and time of travel. Payment can be made using credit or debit cards. In addition, users can use their confirmation or booking number to retrieve and print their tickets.
The project aims to revolutionise the way passengers interact with the ticketing system, offering an intuitive and user-friendly interface. By streamlining the ticket purchasing and collection process, wait times are reduced allowing passengers to take control of their Eurostar journey.
