Baylor Klein, now under the ownership of US firm Houlihan Lokey, established itself over a decade as a boutique Mergers & Acquisitions business specialising in Beauty, Skincare, and Household FMCG.
Their sector knowledge, relationships with buyers and an informal, collaborative working style helped mark them out as the go-to for entrepreneurial and disruptive business owners looking to exit.
The project involved refreshing the Baylor Klein identity while continuing to develop Investment & Sales Memorandums. This encompassed creating a relatable and tactile visual identity for BK’s new brand and website. The design incorporates ‘Klein Blue’ as a pivotal element, paying homage to Tim Leach’s admiration for Yves Klein’s artistic legacy, which also inspired the latter half of the BK name. The resulting identity harmoniously embodies Baylor Klein’s expertise and approach, further bolstering their industry standing.
